Meet Fahima, the newest addition to the Little Elms team at Lee. As the nursery deputy manager (maternity cover), Fahima brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our nursery.
Originally from London, Fahima’s journey in early childhood education began in her hometown, where her passion for working with children first took root. Over the years, she embarked on a transformative adventure in Dubai, spending 16 years exploring diverse opportunities in the field.
In Dubai, Fahima had the privilege of working with international schools, where she honed her skills in teaching and management. Not just limited to these roles, she also served as a CACHE Level 3 assessor, showcasing her expertise and dedication to the field. Through these experiences, Fahima had the chance to closely interact with children from various backgrounds and age groups, making significant contributions to their growth and development.
With her unique background and extensive knowledge, Fahima is excited to bring her expertise to Little Elms, contributing to our commitment to providing exceptional early years education. Welcome to the Little Elms family!
