Enjoy Benefits Scheme
The Workplace nursery benefit will make a huge difference to your finances at Little Elms Nursery.
The savings possible with this benefit far outweigh those possible with the governments new tax free childcare offering or Childcare vouchers. Very importantly, the benefit works at no cost to the parents employer.Benefits:
- The employer pays monthly fees to the nursery to secure a place.
- The employer also pays to the nursery an additional sum of money over the course of the year to be used towards the running and upkeep of the nursery. This additional funding is a maximum of £100 per month per employee and is recouped back by the business through reduced Employer NIC payments.
- During the course of the contract we have additional meetings to check how the nursery is running and to confirm correct usage of the monies.
- Employees save Tax and NI on the full nursery fee allowing thousands of pounds more in savings per year.
- We organise a meeting with the nursery at the start of the contract, with the employee as a company representative to agree how this additional money will be spent.
- Employees could still save up the childcare vouchers/Tax Free Childcare whilst using the workplace nursery benefit.
