Learning & Development
At Little Elms, we meticulously document each child’s developmental journey, capturing their abilities, progress rate, and areas where additional staff support may be beneficial.
We use FAMLY, an platform which streamlines the tracking of children’s progress for our staff. This app enables easy uploads of photos, videos, audio clips, and written observations. Parents also have direct access to their child’s records, actively contributing observations from home.

Extra Curricular Activities
At Little Elms, in addition to daily activities tailored to each child's interests and developmental level within the EYFS framework, we also provide a variety of extracurricular activities. It's important to note that these activities may vary from branch to branch, offering a diverse and enriching experience for all our children.
Yoga
We introduce yoga for our little learners promoting physical and emotional well-being through mindful movement, breathing exercises, and playful storytelling.
Football
Coaching
We offer football coaching for our pre-schoolers, providing a fun and engaging way to develop their physical skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Music
We incorporate Musical Bumps into our program for babies. This music education initiative is a delightful way for our youngest learners to explore rhythm, melody, and movement.
Trips
Our nurseries organise trips to local libraries, parks and areas of interest which provide valuable opportunities for exploration, discovery, and engagement with the community.
